Terms of Service [TOS]

Read these before contacting me! Breaking these may result in being blacklisted, and I will warn other artists in that case as well.


- First and foremost, respect me. I will not tolerate negativity or sob stories. Free art is only given at my discretion, not to the person who begs the most.


- Do not trade or sell my art with anyone on my blacklist. This will likely also add you to my blacklist.


- My signature cannot be removed from any piece I do, including lineart. As well, I must be properly credited any time my art is shared as SketchUT.
-- You cannot ever claim my art as your own at any point.
-- Tracing is strictly prohibited, even if the reason is to study how I do art.


- I reserve the right to refuse to take or complete a commission for any reason at any time, until the commission is complete.
-- Refunds will only be given if I do not have a final product and I have been paid in advance, and are only 50% of what I've been paid. This is to compensate me for the time I put into the work.
-- Payment will only be taken through PayPal in USD.


- Turnaround time (TAT) is 1-4 weeks. I am a college student with a job and hobbies outside of art.
-- I will not start the lineart stage until I have been fully paid the agreed amount.
-- Updates will be given upon request and/or at the end of each week.
-- If I need extra time to complete the commission, I will inform you as soon as I can. I may also include something extra if I deem it reasonable, to make up for the delay.
-- PLEASE tell me if something is needed by a certain date at least a full week before the date. The earlier the better, though.


- You must state if my work is intended for commercial use (to use for profits) or personal use (cannot be used for profits) before I start. Commercial use will come with a +100% price tag.
-- If I find out that my work is being used for commercial use when I was told it was for personal use only, I will ask for compensation equal to what I would've gotten. If I do not get compensation or any response at all, I will blacklist you and warn other artists about you.
-- My art cannot under any circumstances be used for AI or NFTs, or associated with either in any way.


- I reserve the right to use any art I created in any way, including using it as examples of commissions I've completed. Tell me before the commission is completed if you would like me to not do so.

About Me

I am a neurodivergent artist from the United States. I am a native English speaker and I am wanting/trying to become conversational (if not fluent) in Spanish and possibly some other languages. I have a special interest in Warriors and cat genetics, so most of my art will be focused around those topics.My pronouns can be found at pronouny.xyz, but by default I prefer she/her/herself and ze/zer/zemself. Do not use they/them or he/him with me.

- No intercambies ni vendas mi arte con nadie en mi lista negra. Es probable que esto haga que te añada a mi lista negra


- Mi firma no se puede eliminar de ninguna pieza que haga, incluido el lineart. Además, se me debe acreditar adecuadamente cada vez que mi arte se comparta como SketchUT.
-- Nunca puedes reclamar mi arte como tuyo en ningún momento.
-- Calcar está estrictamente prohibido, incluso si el motivo es estudiar cómo hago arte.


- Me reservo el derecho de negarme a aceptar o completar una comisión por cualquier motivo en cualquier momento, hasta que se complete la comisión.
-- Sólo se harán reembolsos si no tengo un producto final y me han pagado por adelantado, y es solo el 50% de lo que me han pagado. Esto es para compensarme por el tiempo que dedico a la obra de arte.
-- El pago sólo se realizará a través de PayPal en USD.


- El tiempo de respuesta es de 1 a 4 semanas. Soy un estudiante universitario con un trabajo y pasatiempos fuera del arte.
-- No iniciaré la etapa de lineart hasta que me hayan pagado en su totalidad la cantidad acordada.
-- Las actualizaciones se darán a pedido y/o al final de cada semana.
-- Si necesito tiempo extra para completar la comisión, te informaré tan pronto como pueda. También podré incluir algo extra si lo considero razonable, para compensar el retraso.
-- POR FAVOR, dígame si necesita algo para una fecha determinada, al menos una semana completa antes de la fecha. Aunque cuanto antes, mejor.


- Debes indicar si mi trabajo está destinado a uso comercial (para usar con fines de lucro) o uso personal (no se puede usar con fines de lucro) antes de comenzar. El uso comercial tendrá un precio de +100%.
-- Si descubro que mi trabajo se está utilizando a uso comercial cuando me dijeron que era sólo para uso personal, pediré una compensación igual a la que habría recibido. Si no recibo compensación ni respuesta alguna, te incluiré en la lista negra y advertiré a otros artistas sobre ti.
-- Mi arte no puede bajo ninguna circunstancia usarse para IA o NFT, ni asociarse con ninguno de ellos de ninguna manera.


- Me reservo el derecho de utilizar cualquier arte que haya creado de cualquier forma, incluido su uso como ejemplo de comisiones que haya completado. Dígame antes de que se complete la comisión si desea que no lo haga.

Sobre Mí

Soy una artista neurodivergente de los Estados Unidos. Soy hablante nativa de inglés y estoy tratando de ser conversacional/fluida en español y posiblemente algunos otros idiomas. Tengo un interés especial en Warriors y la genética de los gatos, por lo que la mayor parte de mi arte se centará en esos temas. Para hablar bien español, estoy usando un poco de Traductor de Google, pero puedo conversar un poco sin usarlo.Mis pronombres preferidos se pueden encontrar en pronouny.xyz, pero por defecto prefiero she/her/herself y ze/zer/zemself. Mi pronombre preferido en español son ella. No uso elle, ellx, o él.
